NY Paid Family Leave: NYSAWW for 2020 Benefits

The Department of Labor’s Research & Statistics Division updated the New York State Average Weekly Wage (NYSAWW) to $1,401.17

For NY Paid Family Leave purposes, this update goes into effect on January 1, 2020, and only applies to the PFL benefit for the full 2020 calendar year.  It does not have any impact on current 2019 benefits.
