APEX Awards are based on outstanding graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence.
The ShelterPoint Life Paid Family Leave microsite was recognized in the categories of Social Media, Blog Content – NY Paid Family Leave Blog, and Websites, Site Design & Illustration - NY Paid Family Leave Microsite Design, the sole winner in this category.
ShelterPoint Life initiated this microsite and blog content shortly after New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the new Paid Family Leave law in 2016. Effective as of January 1, 2018, it is “essential for us to educate our brokers and policyholders on this new program as it is unfolding,” commented Katrin Atienza, Assistant Vice President of ShelterPoint Life. “We are pleased that the microsite has been recognized for its elegant user experience in site design and clear communications on New York Paid Family Leave."
