Are Your Advertisements in Compliance?

Insurance departments can have some strict regulations when it comes to referencing an insurance carrier. To help our agents stay compliant, we compiled a brief summary of the NYSID's latest circular:

1. Insurance brokers/agents are required to disclose a carrier's home office location when referencing them in their advertisements.:

2. Even if you obtained the carrier's permission to use their logo, their full name and home office location must be identified in connection with the logo.:

If you have any questions regarding permission to use our name/logo, or for questions about your ad and First Rehab Life, please feel free to contact our Marketing Communications Department.
