NY Paid Family Leave: NYSAWW for 2019 Benefits

As of March 31, 2018, the New York State Average Weekly Wage (NYSAWW) is $1357.11.

This change in the NYSAWW only applies to the 2019 benefit level and does not have any impact on 2018 PFL benefits.  Therefore, for Paid Family Leave purposes, this update will go into effect on January 1, 2019 and continue for the entire 2019 calendar year.
