The New York State Average Weekly Wage (NYSAWW), used to calculate Paid Family Leave benefits, has been updated as of April 1st to $1,594.57*.
For PFL purposes, this wage data goes into effect on January 1, 2022. It does not change the calculation for Paid Family Leave benefits received this year, in 2021.
