NY Paid Family Leave: NYSAWW for 2024 Benefits

The New York Department of Labor released its New York State Average Weekly Wage (NYSAWW),used to calculate 2024 NY Paid Family Leave benefits. As of April 1, 2023, the NYSAWW increased to $1,718.15*.

This NYSAWW will be used as of January 1, 2024, to determine PFL benefits.  It does not change the benefit calculation for Paid Family Leave claims that start in 2023.
