Massachusetts Paid Family & Medical Leave (MA PFML) pages

1New York and New Jersey don’t combine Paid Family and Medical Leave into one program like Massachusetts and Connecticut.  Instead, New York has a separate short-term disability program called Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and a Paid Family Leave program (PFL).  Similarly, New Jersey has its short-term disability program, Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI), and Family Leave Insurance (FLI).  Currently, ShelterPoint does not offer a private plan option for NJ FLI.
